🧴 Daily BIAB Nail Aftercare Tips
✅ 1. Keep Your Hands Moisturised
Use a good hand cream and cuticle oil daily. Hydrated nails = longer lasting BIAB.
✅ 2. Avoid Picking or Peeling
Even if one edge lifts slightly — don’t peel it! That can damage your natural nail underneath.
✅ 3. Gloves Are Your Best Friend
Washing dishes? Cleaning? Gardening? Always wear gloves to protect from water and chemicals.
💡 How to Extend the Life of Your BIAB

Avoid hot baths/saunas for 24 hours after application

Don’t use nails as tools (e.g. opening cans)

Avoid harsh hand sanitisers with alcohol — they dry out your nails
🔁 What to Do If You Notice Lifting
If you spot a little lifting around the edges:

Don’t file it down yourself

Book a removal or fresh set as soon as possible

🧼 How to Remove BIAB Safely (If You Can’t Get to the Salon)
Always better to come in, but if needed:

Gently file off the top coat

Soak cotton pads in acetone

Place pads on nails and wrap in foil

Leave for 10–15 mins, then gently push off softened BIAB

Do NOT force or peel
Finish with nail strengthener and cuticle oil.
