Each lash artist has a different approach to pregnant female clients. Over those years attending our studio, many of our clients have delivered and grown babies to toddlers and even big kids.
Sometimes, when I see my client again, I can’t believe that her child turned 4 years old already! It feels like only yesterday she was beautifully pregnant. That time had gone seamlessly fast.💚
What you should know, if you are pregnant and wearing lash extensions:
▪️ don’t worry, we are going to take care of you and do our best to make you feel most comfortable during the procedure.
▪️ please make sure you inform your artist about your pregnancy – they will provide you extra care, additional pillows for support and allow the toilet breaks during the treatment when needed.
▪️ please bear in mind that due to hormonal changes your lashes might not last as usual or might last longer than usual. This aspect will not depend on artist performance, it is your body and physiology of being pregnant.
▪️ from our experience of treating many pregnant ladies, the main lash shed usually starts 4-6 months after delivery, when your body starts to return to the normal state. Do not worry about it – your lashes will regrow. To support them in recovery process, you can use Borboleta Lash Serum.
▪️ let us know your due date or your planned delivery date at Royal Berkshire Hospital. We have to know about it in advance to be flexible with your appointments, should you require to change the appointment date due to the labour.
▪️enjoy the lashes during your pregnancy, it definitely makes you feel more feminine and more confident.
