Recently, I was asked to answer an Expert question in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Country Wedding Magazine and I thought it could be beneficial to share this information with you.
I have noticed that this was the most frequently asked question during consultations for wedding lash application.
At our studio we always recommend having a full set of lash extensions done at least 2-3 days before the wedding to be on the safe side.
Always remember, that you have to visit your lash artist for a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before the booking. Patch test is done to define any allergic reactions for the products used during the treatment.
The possibility of an allergic reaction is extremely rare after the negative patch test. However, having your lashes done a few days before your wedding will ensure that you have a safe window and will be looking your most beautiful on the day, with no mascara smudging!
The best advice is to come for a lash trial for your hen party. If you have never done lashes before, it would allow you to observe and achieve desirable results for your wedding day.
