No Guest Policy
Due to the nature of our relaxing services, we kindly request you to arrive unaccompanied.
Patch Test Requirements
All new customers are required to come for a patch test and consultation. Patch test must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.
Treating Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to have a treatment performed at our studio. If you are younger, written, and signed permission from your parents or carers is required.
Deposits and booking methods
To secure an appointment, a deposit payment of 50% of requested treatment price will be required at the time of the reservation.
You might be asked to pay in full if you previously have missed an appointment. You can book in the studio, giving us a call or booking online via Juli Lash Studio App.
Booking confirmation
Confirmation email is sent directly to your email box after successful payment. Booking reminder is sent 3 days before your scheduled appointment. If you have not received confirmation email, please get in touch.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
In order to retain any deposit paid, you must reschedule or cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to notify us 48 hours prior to your visit, will result in a loss of your deposit.

No shows and late cancelations
A no-show or late cancellation (same day cancelation) will result in a charge of a full-service price.
Rescheduling due to COVID
If you wish to reschedule your appointment due to COVID and fail to inform us at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid or apply a full-service price charge.
Arrivals and late arrivals
Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Being late will affect the length and quality of your treatment and you will still be charged in full. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit if you are being late more than 20 min.

We can guarantee the quality of products and services we perform. If you have any complaints regarding your treatment, please get in touch within 7 days after your visit.
