Our Studio has a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all appointments.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if more than 48-hour notice has been given and 100% of deposit money received will be refunded.
Cancelling or rescheduling a booking within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
No shows and late cancelations
A no-show or a late cancellation (same day cancelation) will result in a charge of a full-service price.
Rescheduling due to COVID
If you wish to reschedule your appointment due to COVID and fail to inform us at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid or apply a full-service price charge.
Arrivals and late arrivals
If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for an appointment, your service will be subject to change. We adhere to a strict treatment schedule and reserve the right to cancel part or all of your treatment.
